Simon is a socially and environmentally-minded strategist and media guy with an insatiable desire for outdoor adventure and a deep passion for protecting the world’s wildlife and wild places.
With more than 18 years of business and and brand consulting experience, Simon has successfully delivered strategies to some of the biggest luxury consumer brands but has also delivered strategies for a multitude of conservation and NGO brands including Africa Geographic magazine, WWF South Africa, Ogilvy Earth, Desmond Tutu’s African Leadership Institute, the Volvo Ocean Summit and others. Simon is also a multiple award winner in magazine publishing.
As a speaker Simon has participated on several international platforms such as SXSW, UN Sustainable Development Goals Media Lounge, One Humanity Live and others.
Simon also spearheads the Shannon Elizabeth Foundation and oversees all strategic and operational matters including fundraising, brand, marketing and program development.

Peter Borchert - Co-Host
Peter is an independent commentator, publisher, conservationist and lifetime protagonist for the value of world’s wild places and cultural heritage. He has won high regard for his vision, probing editorials and as a commentator on and about global conservation issues.
His media and publishing career spans some 45 years. as the founder and publisher of Africa Geographic magazine, Peter is perhaps the most awarded wildlife and conservation journalist out of Africa winning over 75 local and international conservation and media awards. Peter has authored 5 natural history books and has published and edited in excess of 500 magazines and books. As a speaker, Peter has commanded stages all over Africa, Europe and the Americas.
Peter is also the honorary Chairman and Editor-In-Chief of the Shannon Elizabeth Foundation where he applies his considerable experience in print and digital publishing to the development and content of the Foundation’s Education and Awareness initiative, visit www.rhinoreview.org.

Shannon Elizabeth - Co-Host, Producer
Shannon has starred in over 50 films and television shows, including global hits such as American Pie, Scary Movie, Love Actually and That 70’s Show to name but a few.
Shannon has a deep and abiding respect for all life and is a staunch protagonist of a vegan lifestyle. In 2001, she began to follow her true life’s passion of saving animals by launching her non-profit, Animal Avengers, first as a dog and cat rescue operation and then with the broader remit of global wildlife conservation. Shannon continues her acting career, but her primary focus has become helping wild animals around the world by whatever means necessary.
The Shannon Elizabeth Foundation currently runs or contributes to programs in South Africa, USA, Zimbabwe, Kenya and India.
